IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address after it has been placed. We try to ship all orders as fast as possible, however if a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction. If you receive a delivery containing damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

Please be sure to provide your order number.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Free Standard Delivery is available within the Continental U.S. and takes approximately 3-5 business days. Priority Delivery, available for an additional cost, takes approximately 1-3 business days.

Please note that during the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the U.S. If it is past this time frame and your order has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or doorman. They may have accepted delivery on your behalf.

Should you be unable to locate your package, please contact us. We will do our best to assist further.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is free for all orders within the Continental U.S. If your delivery destination is in Hawaii or Alaska, a shipping charge will be added to depending on the weight of your order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For products purchased through www.fritznchewy.com, Fritz 'n Chewy offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Items purchased from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in any retail outlets.

 

All items must be unused with original labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as your returned product has been received. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Fritz 'n Chewy does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

For products purchased through www.fritznchewy.com, Fritz 'n Chewy offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

Please follow the steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

1. Send your items to Fritz 'n Chewy. Items must be returned in original/sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact. 

2. Provide your original order number and instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, exchange to another style, etc.). For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying model name/number.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we do no cover return shipping costs and are not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND CARE FOR MY SOCKS?

We work hard to ensure that Fritz 'n Chewy socks are of the highest possible quality. However, life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your Fritz 'n Chewy socks.

 

We recommend a washing temperature of 40°C/104°F. We also recommend washing your socks on delicate, inside out, with like colors, and avoiding bleaching or ironing. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer to protect the delicate fibers of the sock. Heat from the dryer can damage the premium materials and fibers and prevent them from lasting as long as possible.

 

Take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors. Ripping it off may damage the socks.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE FOR MY SOCKS?

Fritz 'n Chewy socks come in one size only. Although our focus is currently on men's socks, we do welcome everyone to try them. Fritz 'n Chewy hopes to expand to women's and children's socks in the near future. 

Men

Mens sock size:  10-13

Mens shoe size:  8-12

Women

Womens shoe size:  10-12.5
